Nature of Services

Our services are intended to provide supportive guidance, wellbeing support, practical planning assistance, and personalised consultations. While we aim to provide high-quality professional support, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, healthcare choices, and engagement with relevant professionals.

Appointments & Bookings

Appointments may be conducted:

Bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once the appointment has been agreed and any required payment or deposit has been received.

Newbridge Care reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where appropriate.

Fees & Payment

Fees for services will be discussed and agreed in advance. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Clients are requested to provide at least 48 hours' written notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Client Responsibilities

GP and Professional Communication

With client consent, Newbridge Care may communicate with GPs, healthcare professionals, family members, legal representatives, and other professionals involved in the client's care and support. Information shared will be limited to what is appropriate and necessary.

Emergencies and Crisis Situations

Newbridge Care is not an emergency or crisis service.
If you require urgent support, please contact:

All written materials, plans, templates, branding, website content, and documentation produced by Newbridge Care remain the intellectual property of Newbridge Care Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use documents for personal use only and may not reproduce or distribute them commercially without permission.
